Movies/Series’ To Watch When You’re Not Feeling Your Best

We all have bad days. Every single one of us, there’s no point in denying it, we’re only human. There are days where I just can’t see past getting out of bed and taking life in my hands. There are days where I can’t see past this very moment and which direction my life is going to take. And so, I sulk and stress and mull over every decision I’ve made to this point. That may be a post for another time. The point is that I ruin days by worrying myself sick and getting absolutely nowhere by doing so.

Instead, through a fair amount of crappy days and trial and error, I haven’t found an exact solution, but I’ve discovered something that helps somewhat. When I’m feeling crap, I need to be distracted. To smile. I need to feel something other than “ugh”. To laugh that genuine silent-shaking laughter. Hence, I’m coming at you today with a list of fool-proof movies and series to improve a crappy day. I’m going to refer back to this post on my own bad days. Watching one of these to salvage what won’t be another lost bad day any more. These are some of my absolute favourites too, obviously. So you’re learning a little more about me as I try to help out myself and some of you! Win/win, no?

Normally, if I’m having a bad day I just look at videos of my niece to cheer me up but I have also been known to just watch an entire season of Brooklyn Nine-Nine. I think that may be my favourite show right now!
